Birds eye Chilli powder

Bird’s eye chilli powder, tapered and pointy peppers that are pungent and hot.
It typically grows between 2 to 3 mm long. Each chili pod has between 10 to 20 seeds inside it. Mainly Bird Eye Chili are also used in different types of Sauce.
The chili has a spiciness between 50000 to 100,000 Scoville heat units (SHU)
It is the main ingredient of Peri-peri chicken and south Asian curries, meats
Traditionally, it is pan fried in oil at the start of cooking to add flavour, aroma and heat.
