Coriander

Coriander is a spice produced from the round, brown-coloured seeds of the coriander plant. Coriander seeds have a pleasing lemony flavour and floral aroma.
Ground coriander is used in soups, stews, vegetables and meat dishes.
It is part of many traditional spice blends in Indian, Middle eastern and African cuisines. It is also known as Chinese parsley, dhania or cilantro.
