Crushed Chilli

Chili flakes, red pepper flakes, and crushed red pepper flakes all refer to the same type of product: a condiment/spice that is made up of dried and crushed whole peppers (seeds and all) Crushed Chilli flakes add instant heat to your cooking. Just sprinkle the crushed chillies over food to taste towards the end of cooking or to serve. Always add a little first – you can always add more later, but can’t take the chillies away once they are in.
-Ideally prepared to sprinkle onto dishes
-The whole chilli has been flaked including the seed.
– It is used to top pizza, stir-fries, spicy pastas, and many other dishes.
-They can be stirred into sauces to add heat.
