Mustard Seeds

Mustard seeds are tiny little strong flavoured seeds used as spice or condiment
The seeds are usually about 1 to 2 millimetres in diameter and may be coloured black.
It can be ground into a spice or used whole, often added to hot oil to bring out the flavour. Its also used for making mustard oil. It has a sharp, pungent, and earthly flavour. It is an important spice in many regional foods within south Asian countries and is high in magnesium, minerals, fibre.
